Discs pressing

The technology of pressing discs is a highly efficient method of duplicating the digital contents. This advanced process is conducted in very precise and efficient injection moulding machines. A disc, containing a spiral data image on one side, is formed from polycarbonate crystals under high pressure. By means of vacuum metallization, a layer of aluminium is applied to the disc and then coated with a protective varnish. The pressed disc is a high quality durable medium. All types of pressed media are available in our offer:

  • CD-Audio, CD-Rom, CD-Extra, Mini CD
  • DVD5, DVD9, DVD10
  • BD25, BD50.
